Induction Furnace Water Cooled Cable is a low-reactance water-cooled flexible cable with two separate mutually insulated and braided conductors. These cables, which have a seamless single hose finish, are available in nut type, seamless, double live head type, and other configurations. Some of its characteristics include optimum service life, high usage flexibility, better cooling support, low electrical impedance, and power losses, expertise in developing cables for any induction melting /heating equipment in standard/customized designs, use of superior grade copper rope to achieve maximum conductivity, end terminals developed to meet specific process requirements, including a choice of different brass and copper end terminals.

We have the facility to manufacture Induction Furnace Water Cooled Cable suitable for any induction melting /heating equipment as per our standard or customized design. We are using electrolytic grade copper rope to get maximum conductivity, which ultimately reduces a lot in terms of power consumption. The hose pipe being used is non-conductive rubber and covered by fire retardant thermal insulated cloth. All end terminals are made to meet your requirement.

We can also provide different types of brass and copper end terminals, and carbon-free rubber hoses.

We make induction water-cooled cables suitable for Inductotherm, Electrotherm, Megatherm, ABP Induction, and VAP Induction. Manufacture OEM induction water cool cable according to customers’ specific designs.

Specification of Water-Cooled Cable

  • Use high conductive electrolytic grade copper for low power loss.
  • End connection provided by Lead-free Brass for strength.
  • To prevent water leakage End connections are made by CNC machines
  • The Mechanical crimping process used to provide end connection. The hydraulic high-press crimping process provides proper finishing.
  • The Carbon free hose provides good electric insulation.
  • End of the cable is clamped with a heavy-duty stainless-steel clamp.
  • High Power tests, Flow Tests, and Pressure Tests are done to verify the quality of Water-Cooled Cables.
  • Design Cable as per Customer’s specification with very less tolerance.
