The induction coil determines how effectively and efficiently a workpiece is heated. Induction coils are water-cooled copper conductors made of tubing that are formed into the shape of the coil for the induction heating process. Induction heating coils do not themselves get hot as water flows through them.

Manufacture Induction Furnace Coils from 30Kg to 40 Tons range.
Use High Conductivity EC grade Copper.
Low power dissipation.
Provide proper insulation withfiberglass tape, flex coat hardener and base, silicon rubber tape, and bisphenol resin.
High electrical insulation up to 6KV.
Sturdy construction with densified wood / FRP support.
Our coils are tested and qualified by our engineers. Each coil goes through Water Flow Test and Pressure Test.
Provide service of Coil insulation, Coil rewinding, and repairing of the full coil.
