Induction equipment is used to melt or heat various metals in the steel, metal, and foundry sectors. High power, high voltage, and high current are used in these induction furnaces. This high electrical power is routed by semiconductor devices, capacitors, inductors, copper busbars, water-cooled cables, and induction coils. As a strong current flows through the various components, they become heated. To cool this component, we must provide water cooling or circulate water through it. However, because this component carries a high voltage, we must use non-conductive-distilled water and the rubber hose used to deliver water must also be non-conductive. We provide different sizes as per our customer’s requirements.
