FRP (Fiber-reinforced polymer) Sheets

Fiber-reinforced polymer is a composite material made of a glass fiber cloth or glass fiber yarn bonded by different types of resin like polyester or epoxy. FRP sheets are prime insulation material in the induction furnace for thermal as well as electrical insulation. FRP sheets with polyester resin are utilized for low-temperature applications whereas FRP sheets with epoxy resin are used for high-temperature and high-strength applications at various places in the induction furnace.
