Induction equipment is used to melt or heat various metals in the steel, metal, and foundry sectors. High power, high voltage, and high current are used in these induction furnaces. This high electrical power is routed by semiconductor devices, capacitors, inductors, copper busbars, water-cooled cables, and induction coils. As a strong current flows through the various components, they become heated. To cool this component, we must provide water cooling or circulate water through it. However, because this component carries a high voltage, we must use non-conductive-distilled water and the rubber hose used to deliver water must also be non-conductive. We provide different sizes as per our customer’s requirements.

  • Must withstand the operating pressure
  • Long durability–synthetic rubber has long durability
  • Operating temperature of more than 120 °C
  • Good flexibility to accommodate a small band
  • Good abrasive strength to protect from external wear and tear.
  • The ID / OD has a tolerance of + 1.0 / 0.5 mm.
  • The working pressure is kept at -17.0 bar.
  • The testing pressure is kept at -35.0 bar.
  • The bursting pressure is kept at -70.0 bar.
  • To avoid leakage, extensive testing is conducted. The current test suggests a maximum of 30 micro-Amps @ 6KVDC
